Terms and conditions

  • Ownership of the goods supplied on the invoice remains the property of JDM Garage until this invoice is paid in full.
  • JDM Garage accepts no responsibility for the goods delivered by couriers or shipping companies once JDM Garage has obtained the third party receipt for the service.
  • All priced items and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.
  • Parts Supplied by JDM Garage are designed for RACE USE ONLY and are not recommended for public roads in Australia or your Country. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check with legal Authorities within the customers country on the use of these products on public roads.
  • JDM Garage collects and retains information provided by you when you sign up. This information consists of your name, phone number, email and postal addresses. This information is used to allow you to purchase online & access our system, and for JDM Garage & contractors to make contact with you regarding current or previous orders. JDM Garage will not sell or share your information with any 3rd party with the exception of contractors working with us or unless directed to by a court of law.

Refunds & Returns

  • Products may be returned only if found to be faulty within the warranty period.
  • We will NOT accept returns if you have purchased the wrong item or no longer want or need that item.
  • Damaged items caused by incorrect installation will not be covered by warranty.
  • Returns on electrical items and products will not be accepted.
  • JDM Garage accepts no responsibility for lost or damage items from couriers & shipping companies once JDM Garage has obtained the third party receipt for the service.
  • If we are unable to provide a purchased item to you, JDM Garage will refund you the full purchase price and any other costs charged by JDM Garage.

Warranty on Used Parts

  • We at JDM Garage provide start up warranty on all used engines, gearboxes & diffs. All other used items include two week warranty from date of purchase.
  • All engines, gearboxes & diffs must be installed by qualified Tradesman.
  • If the used item proves to be faulty during the warranty period, we at JDM Garage will have it repaired (if possible) or have it returned back to us and full refund given.

Warranty on New Parts 

  • Most New performance parts come with their own factory warranty for a limited period from the date of purchase. If the product comes with a warranty card, you must keep it with you at all times in order to make a claim if you need to. The duration of warranty depends on each product and brand.
  • If the product proves to be faulty during the warranty period, we at JDM Garage will send it back to the original manufacturer may it be in Australia or elsewhere on your behalf and get it repaired (if possible) or have it replaced with new one on your behalf.
  • The freight cost to and from the manufacturer will be paid by the customer.
  • The product warranty only covers the product itself when it has been used in proper normal way, and does not cover the engine or other relating items damaged by the product.
  • We are not responsible to any damage or incident on your vehicle BY MISUSAGE OF THE PRODUCT OR AT A RESULT OF AN ACCIDENT.

Payment Methods

Australian Orders

  • Payments for orders placed on our website are only accepted in the form of Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Paypal, Zip & Afterpay.
  • Customers should note that payments made using the Bank Transfer method can take up to 2-3 business days to clear, and only after this time will your order be sent to you.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check that your delivery details are entered correctly and up to date prior to placing any orders. International Orders

  • For international customers, we are able to accept payments via Telegraphic Bank Transfer, Credit Card & Paypal
  • International Postage only applies to selected items.
